Spanish Colonial Revival To Break Ground In Mirabel

//Spanish Colonial Revival To Break Ground In Mirabel

Soon to break ground is this Spanish Colonial Revival.

Don’t be deceived. Although this home is generous in size, intimate spaces abound! Discovering the client’s desire for “situations,” as she termed them, C.P. Drewett worked to make sure that around every corner, and perhaps in every corner, there was a special moment waiting to be discovered. Character was an important part of making this the clients’ dream home.

The home is organized around a central courtyard and boasts a two story outdoor living space with connected guest house. Note the “Frodo” door — a lovely “situation” that the client adored (that’s a Hobbit-sized reference to a cozy-sized door). It will begin construction in early 2014 in Mirabel, located in north Scottsdale, home of a Tom Fazio golf course and some of the most majestic views the desert offers. We cannot wait to celebrate its completion. These great clients have become great friends! Cheers!
