Set within the dramatic hillsides of Crown Canyon in Phoenix, AZ, Jade at Crown Canyon is a bespoke ultra-luxury residence endowed with more than 250 degrees of sweeping desert canyon views.

Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s geometric principles, Jade’s striking triangular form mirrors the canyon’s natural contours. Its angular design not only distributes views across the rugged landscape but also creates harmony with the jagged shale slopes that cradle the home. Designed to maximize its linear site, the 8,131-square-foot residence stretches one room deep, gracefully wrapping the entire building envelope.

The main level serves as the heart of the home, where soaring ceilings rise from 19 to 24 feet and walls of glass dissolve the boundary between indoors and out. Here, the primary suite enjoys privacy and panoramic vistas, while expansive open living, dining and kitchen spaces flow seamlessly together.

Descending via a sculptural staircase or the elevator, the lower level hosts two secondary en-suites, a spacious game and family room and a dedicated fitness studio. For guests, a detached casita crowns the four-car garage, offering a secluded retreat on the upper level with its own outlooks across the desert.

Outdoor living is integral to Jade’s design. Expansive decks, multiple fireplaces and a fully appointed kitchen frame the infinity-edge pool and spa—immersing residents and guests alike in the untamed beauty of the canyon.
