Whether you’re planning a custom estate in Arcadia, designing a contemporary hillside residence overlooking Piestewa Peak, or creating a legacy home in one of Phoenix’s most prestigious neighborhoods, exceptional architecture begins with understanding the land, climate, and lifestyle that define luxury living in the Valley. Drewett Works is an award-winning luxury architecture firm recognized for creating elegant, modern, and timeless designs that respond thoughtfully to their surroundings. Our work emphasizes contextual architecture that blends seamlessly with the Sonoran Desert, mountain landscapes, and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that defines Arizona living.

From luxury custom homes to private estates and community amenities, we collaborate with homeowners and developers who value exceptional design, craftsmanship, and enduring quality.

Why Build in Phoenix?

Phoenix is home to some of Arizona’s most distinguished luxury neighborhoods, where expansive estate properties, dramatic mountain settings, and exceptional architecture create an unmatched residential experience. Prestigious communities including Arcadia, Biltmore Estates, Royal Palm, North Central Phoenix, Paradise Foothills, Tatum Canyon, and the estates surrounding Piestewa Peak continue to attract discerning homeowners seeking timeless design and an extraordinary quality of life.

Designing in Phoenix requires more than creating beautiful homes. Architecture must respond to the desert climate, solar orientation, mountain views, changing elevations, and mature landscapes while creating comfortable spaces that embrace seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout the year.

At Drewett Works, we believe the best architecture belongs to its setting rather than competing with it.

Our Approach to Phoenix Architecture

Every project begins with understanding the site and the people who will experience it.

Our design philosophy centers on creating architecture that feels timeless rather than trendy, balancing contemporary design with natural materials, thoughtful proportions, and an effortless connection to the surrounding landscape.

Whether designing a modern estate in Arcadia or a hillside residence overlooking the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, we focus on:

Indoor-outdoor living designed for the Arizona climate

Architecture that frames mountain, city, and desert views

Natural materials that complement the Sonoran Desert

Seamless integration with the surrounding landscape

Functional layouts designed for entertaining and everyday living

Homes that remain beautiful for generations
