Whether you’re planning a custom desert estate, designing a luxury vacation residence, or developing an exclusive residential community in Scottsdale, exceptional architecture begins with understanding the land, climate, and lifestyle that have made Scottsdale one of the nation’s premier luxury destinations. Drewett Works is an award-winning luxury architecture firm recognized for creating elegant, modern, and timeless designs that respond thoughtfully to their surroundings. Our work emphasizes contextual architecture that blends seamlessly with the Sonoran Desert, dramatic mountain landscapes, and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that defines Scottsdale living.

From luxury custom homes to private estates and community amenities, we collaborate with homeowners and developers who value exceptional design, craftsmanship, and enduring quality.

Why Build in Scottsdale?

Scottsdale has become one of the Southwest’s premier destinations for luxury living. Renowned golf courses, private clubs, world-class resorts, and prestigious communities such as Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Estancia, and Whisper Rock continue to attract discerning homeowners seeking architecture that complements the beauty of the Sonoran Desert while delivering an extraordinary living experience.

Designing in Scottsdale requires more than creating beautiful homes. Architecture must respond to intense desert sun, mountain views, changing elevations, natural desert vegetation, and the desire for effortless indoor-outdoor living while creating comfortable spaces throughout every season.

At Drewett Works, we believe the best architecture belongs to its setting rather than competing with it.

Our Approach to Scottsdale Architecture

Every project begins with understanding the site and the people who will experience it.

Our design philosophy centers on creating architecture that feels timeless rather than trendy, balancing contemporary design with natural materials, thoughtful proportions, and an effortless connection to the surrounding landscape.

Whether designing a contemporary estate in Silverleaf or a custom residence overlooking the McDowell Mountains, we focus on:

Indoor-outdoor living designed for the Scottsdale climate

Architecture that frames mountain, golf course, and desert views

Natural materials that complement the Sonoran Desert

Seamless integration with the surrounding landscape

Functional layouts designed for entertaining and everyday living
