Drewett Works was honored with five 2023 Best in American Living Awards (BALA) during the 2024 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Nev., on Feb. 28.
Drewett Works, a multi-award-winner, received a Platinum and Gold for White Box No. 5, a modern desert residence in Paradise Valley; a Platinum and Silver for Up and Away, a modernist retreat at the base of Camelback Mountain; and a Gold for Water’s Edge, a contemporary villa at Havasu Riviera on Lake Havasu.
The annual BALA Awards spotlight the most creative and talented building industry professionals who have redefined design excellence for homes and communities across North America. Now, in its 40th anniversary year, BALA recognizes outstanding achievements by builders and design professionals in all sectors of the residential housing industry, including single-family production, custom, multifamily, affordable, remodeling, community and interiors.
Judging was conducted by experts in their fields, including builders, architects, designers and land planners from across the country. This is Drewett Works’s seventh year as a BALA awards winner.

- Platinum Award – Detached Home over 4,500 sq ft Built for Sale – White Box No. 5
- Platinum Award – Outdoor Room – Up and Away
- Gold Award – One-of-a-Kind Custom Home 3,001-4,000 sq ft –Water’s Edge
- Gold Award – Kitchen, Prod or Spec over $1M – White Box No. 5
- Silver Award – Kitchen, Custom over $2M – Up and Away
